  • Homemade carrot soup with a warm bread roll (V)


  • Pear, stilton and walnut tart with a tomato coulis (V)


  • Chicken liver paté with a mango chutney dip and toast (GF option available)

Mains


  • Roast Turkey with all the traditional trimmings


  • Goats cheese and caramelised red onion tarte tatin with a provencal sauce (V)


  • Slow braised pork belly strips on a Colcannon mash with a cider gravy (Standard GF gravy available upon request)


  • Rainbow trout filled with mushrooms and pine nuts, served on a bed of spinach


  • All main courses served with vegetables

Desserts


  • Traditional homemade Christmas pudding with brandy butter or cream (GF option available)


  • Cranberry cheesecake with vanilla ice cream


  • Chocolate and fruits of the forest roulade
